Summary
The HR Intern will support workforce, talent, employee development, and HR process improvement initiatives that strengthen Dunmore’s people practices and HR capabilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent and development programs, career pathways, HR systems and technology, employee programs, and process improvement. The intern will work with HR team members and cross-functional partners on defined projects that improve employee resources, HR processes, data organization, and the employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support talent development and career progression initiatives, including administrative and project support related to career pathways, skills development, learning resources, and development tools.
- Assist with apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives through research, program documentation, resource development, tracking, and coordination.
- Support HR technology and system improvement projects, including process mapping, data organization, user testing, documentation, reporting, and development of end-user resources.
- Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, improve visibility, and support workforce and talent initiatives.
- Support employee programs and HR initiatives through research, communication development, coordination, documentation, and process improvement.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of learning content, career-development resources, and employee or manager tools.
- Participate in HR process improvement projects by documenting current processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency or consistency, and supporting implementation of approved improvements.
- Support approved HR technology and digital tools in accordance with Company policies and established processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners on assigned projects and provide project updates, findings, and recommendations.
