Key Responsibilities


• Inventory Management & Accuracy: * Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring all
stock movements (incoming and outgoing) are accurately recorded.
o Coordinate and lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
o Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stockouts.
• Team Leadership: * Supervise, train, and schedule a team of inventory control specialists
or warehouse clerks.
o Enforce safety protocols and warehouse operational policies.
• Process Optimization: * Maintain and optimize the Inventory Management System (IMS)
or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
o Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
o Implement best practices to reduce shrinkage, waste, and storage costs.
• Reporting & Collaboration: * Generate and present weekly/monthly inventory status
reports to management.
o Collaborate closely with demand planner and finance department to align stock
levels with demand forecasting.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business
    Administration preferred.
  • With 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics
    environments, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a
    warehouse environment.
