IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure across physical systems, cloud environments, and user-end setups. The candidate must have strong expertise in networking, cloud computing, system maintenance, desktop support, and security systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including wire crimping and layout design. - Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software. - Assign routing protocols and perform routing table configuration. - Monitor network performance and modify systems for improved efficiency and security. - Ensure network connectivity and maintain network integrity across LAN/WAN environments. - Provide local IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows systems and servers. - Manage and monitor SQL Server databases for health, performance, and security. - Optimize AWS cloud resources and implement system backups and disaster recovery plans. - Maintain security best practices for both IT infrastructure and surveillance systems. Required Skills: - Strong technical knowledge in networking, Windows Server, SQL, AWS, and Outlook. - Hands-on experience with CCTV systems installation and maintenance. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
