We are looking for a results-driven IT Business Analyst to support IT initiatives, digital transformation projects, and business process improvement activities within the US healthcare industry.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and help translate complex business needs into practical technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, operational challenges, and existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and business process improvement programs.

• Collaborate with clients, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and align project objectives.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process documentation, and actionable recommendations.

• Participate in projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate business requirements, project updates, and recommendations effectively.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights to support informed decision-making.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled operational improvements.

• Support change management activities and the implementation of new business processes or technology solutions.

• Contribute to initiatives involving AI/ML solutions and agentic systems in healthcare operations, where applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology, business analysis, or related technology and project environments.

• At least 2 years of experience in US healthcare, such as CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.

• Experience working on IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts clearly to clients, executives, and technical audiences.

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, when required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business performance monitoring.

• Exposure to change management and organizational transformation.

• Experience in process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
