IT Business Analyst - Hybrid

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱85,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and support IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and functional and non-functional specifications.

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and approved by relevant stakeholders.

• Define reporting, monitoring, and quality assurance requirements to support business and system needs.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements.

• Maintain business process documentation, system workflows, and project deliverables.

• Identify recurring system and functional issues and recommend improvements.

• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with business analysis standards and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement.

• Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.

• Strong knowledge of business requirements documentation
