We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking industry. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business and system requirements
Analyze and improve business processes
Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
Assist in data analysis and solution design
Requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
At least 3 years of experience in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD)
Experience in Banking/Financial industry
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Good communication skills
