Summary
Contract IT consultant who gathers business requirements, recommends and delivers IT solutions for procurement systems, and coordinates UAT/QA, vendor support, and ongoing system maintenance. Core technologies are .NET application support and advanced SQL/database work.
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month

The IT Consultant gathers business requirements, recommends suitable IT solutions, and supports the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of procurement systems. The role works closely with business users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure reliable solutions and smooth business operations.
JD:
· Gather requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
· Support solution design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout.
· Coordinate UAT, QA, vendor support, and incident resolution.
· Provide system maintenance, user support, monitoring, and operational continuity.
· Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and inventory records.
· Drive continuous improvement and perform assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
· Education: Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
· Functional Experience: Experience in requirements gathering, IT solution delivery, and procurement system support.
· Solution Delivery: Knowledge of implementation lifecycle, UAT, QA, production support, and system documentation.
· .NET Skills: Working knowledge of .NET application support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements.
· SQL and Database Skills: Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, data integrity, access control, and database support.
· Core Competencies: Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
