IT EXECUTIVE
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month
About the role
This role involves installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, as well as monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks across the company and its branches.
Key responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Manage all the branches infra systems and support users remotely as well as visiting branches as per schedule
About you
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
2 to 4 years of related working experience
Proficient in English (speaking & writing)
Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange and Navision ERP applications will be an advantage
