IT EXECUTIVE-SYSTEMS (SEREMBAN BRANCH)
Summary
On-site IT Executive at the Seremban branch of an auto parts company, providing helpdesk and hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. Day to day: OS imaging, user account and access management, Spiceworks ticketing, antivirus updates, and network/data security checks.
Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 4,000 per month
About the role
Provide helpdesk and on-site technical support of hardware and software including desktop, laptop, printers, scanner and other IT peripherals.
Key responsibilities
Provide helpdesk and on-site technical support of hardware and software including desktop, laptop, printers, scanner and other IT peripherals
Ensure end user reporting issues are logged into helpdesk system and respond to the end user promptly
Set up desktop/laptop, printers and perform OS imaging
Maintain log listing of required repairs and maintenance
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
Ensure anti-virus software is up to date and share necessary information with users regarding risks
Maintain SPICEWORK Ticketing system
Maintain and create end user access right to file server
Maintain and create domain ID for the end users
Maintain and create hotspot user access
Maintain and create user email account
Ensure business continuousy and disaster recovery for all systren including attendance device,CCTV systems and PABX
Proactively coordinate with IT team & vendors to ensure quick resolution to alOn l IT issues reported by end users
On call for emergencies, site visits to support other branches
Perform periodic checks on network and data security
Preparation of weekly report
Any other task assigned from the superior from time to time
Requirements
Advanced Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer science or equivalent
Hands on experience in IT management system.
