CTBC Bank Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead data center operations and manage special IT projects, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of our critical infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.
* Oversee daily data center operations, including monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
* Manage and execute special IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
* Develop and implement data center policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance data center efficiency, scalability, and security.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data center hardware, software, and services.
* Prepare and present reports on data center performance, project status, and key metrics to management.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role focused on data centers.
* Proven experience in managing and implementing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
* Strong expertise in data center technologies, including server hardware, storage systems (SAN/NAS), networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
* In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
