IT Infrastructure Lead (Singaporean Only)
Description
Salary: $7,000 – $8,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Provide IT infrastructure consultancy, technical guidance, expertise and solutions.
Independently design technical solutions to meet enterprise customer requirements and support tender/RFP submissions.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more infrastructure domains, providing in-depth analysis, escalation support and insights into infrastructure operations and technical issues.
Ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and maintained in accordance with quality and security standards.
Plan and coordinate team activities, including preparatory arrangements, activity planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage a team of at least two to three people, including performance reviews, mentoring and career development planning.
Coordinate across business and technical teams to deliver effective, high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Network Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations, processes and services.
Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, cloud or other relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with government security standards and requirements, including planning and conducting Security Compliance Checks and Security Vulnerability Scanning.
Familiarity with IM8 policies and requirements.
