IT Manager (Infrastructure & Cybersecruity)

Key responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure modernization projects including cloud migration and server consolidation
Oversee daily operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliability, performance and scalability
Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, incident response plans and compliance standards
Monitor and optimize infrastructure and resources for cost efficiency, sustainability, supporting ESG objectives
Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and value
Regular review on infrastructure health, cybersecurity posture and risk mitigation strategies
Coach and mentor team members promoting a culture of service excellence and accountability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Studies or related fields
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity with 2+ years in leadership role
Demonstrated experience in cloud services and security management
Deep understanding of network, server, storage and endpoint management
Relevant certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent, preferable
Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
