IT Manager 技術經理

• 主要工作職責 (Key Responsibilities)：

基礎架構管理 (Infrastructure Management):
規劃、組織與管理IT團隊運作，確保公司與客戶端的基礎設施穩定、安全與高可用。
Plan, organize, and manage the IT team operations to ensure the stability, security, and high availability of both company and client infrastructures.

運作監控與維護 (Operations Monitoring and Maintenance):
監督日常系統運行與網路監控，確保服務穩定性與可用性，並主導重大事件的排除與根因分析。
Oversee daily system operations and network monitoring to ensure service stability and availability, leading major event troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

變更與配置管理 (Change and Configuration Management):
建立、優化並執行變更管理與配置管理流程，確保系統更新與部署的可追蹤性與一致性。
Establish, optimize and enforce change management and configuration management processes to ensure traceability and consistency in system updates and deployments.

技術支援與升級處理 (Technical Support and Escalation):
提供 Tier 2/3 技術支援，作為跨部門與外部合作夥伴的主要聯絡窗口，確保問題能及時解決。
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and act as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental and external partner inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution.

流程與效能優化 (Process and Efficiency Optimization):
推動NOC／IT運作流程自動化與標準化，定期檢討與改善營運效率、報告準確性與監控指標。
Drive automation and standardization of NOC/IT operations processes, regularly reviewing and improving operational efficiency, report accuracy, and monitoring metrics.

團隊管理與培訓 (Team Management and Training):
評估團隊技術能力，規劃培訓與技能提升計畫，進行績效考核與職涯發展輔導。
Assess team technical capabilities, plan training and skill development programs, and conduct performance evaluations and career development guidance.

專案與供應商管理 (Project and Vendor Management):
管理IT專案進度與資源分配，協調外部供應商與服務提供商，確保交付品質與成本效益。
Manage IT project timelines and resource allocation, coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure delivery quality and cost-effectiveness.

• 工作條件 (Job Requirements)：

資訊工程、資訊管理或相關科系之學士或碩士學位。
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related technical field.

至少8年以上IDC管理經驗，以及5年以上IT管理或相關領導經驗，具備流程改善與大型基礎架構管理經驗。
At least 8 years of experience in managing IDC (Internet Data Center) operations, with a minimum of 5 years of IT management or leadership experience, focused on process improvement and complex infrastructure management.

具備扎實的網路、伺服器與雲端架構知識，熟悉CDN與高流量網站架構運作。
Strong knowledge of networking, server, and cloud architecture, with experience in CDN and high-traffic website infrastructure management.

優秀的問題分析與排除能力，能在壓力下快速決策。
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

具備專案管理與組織能力，能有效設定優先順序並推動執行。
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive execution.

具備良好的溝通協調與領導能力，能跨部門合作與帶領技術團隊。
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, capable of cross-departmental collaboration and leading technical teams.

• 加分條件 (Preferred Qualifications)：

具備探索與導入新技術的能力，能主動評估並應用新興IT解決方案以提升營運效率。
Ability to explore and implement new technologies, proactively evaluating and applying emerging IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

持有相關專業證照（如 ITIL、PMP、AWS/Azure 認證）。
Certification in relevant fields (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure certifications).

有自動化監控與報表系統實作經驗。
Experience in implementing automated monitoring and reporting systems.

有跨國或多站點IT運作管理經驗者尤佳。
Experience managing IT operations across multiple regions or sites is a plus.

具備探索與導入新技術的能力，能主動評估並應用新興IT解決方案以提升營運效率。
Ability to explore and implement new technologies, proactively evaluating and applying emerging IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
