Description
Convert existing FMS workflows into fully functional, database-driven software.
Develop user-friendly web frontends, backend systems and SQL databases.
Automate MIS processes, task assignments, approvals, reminders and escalations.
Develop real-time dashboards for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HR and Management.
Integrate AI tools for data extraction, reporting, classification and process automation.
Integrate Excel, Google Sheets and other business applications with centralised databases.
Maintain software, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and support users.
Required Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Backend: Python (Django/FastAPI) or Node.js
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
Automation: Google Apps Script, Power Automate, n8n
AI: OpenAI API or similar AI integrations
Others: REST APIs, Git, cloud deployment and basic software security
Preferred Candidate
A hands-on developer with experience in ERP, MIS or workflow automation who can independently convert business processes into working software with database, frontend, automated workflows and management dashboards.
Key Objective: Digitise Dynemech's FMS and MIS operations, reduce manual work and establish an integrated, AI-enabled business management system.
