IT Officer

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 per month

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for all HelpDesk operations for the Malaysia office and project offices, including handling desktop support issues for local and traveling employees

• Ensure the stable operation of servers and network systems for the Malaysia office and project offices, including network setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of security systems, including data management, routine maintenance, and issue resolution

• Responsible for the company’s ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects in Malaysia, including planning, design, project tracking, and project acceptance

• Complete other IT-related tasks assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Proficient in computer hardware knowledge, operating systems, and related functions and operations

• Strong knowledge of network technologies and related products, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment

• Familiar with ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and able to independently handle ELV project planning, implementation, and acceptance

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field

• Proficient in Malay and Mandarin with excellent communication skills; basic English proficiency is an added advantage. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
