IT Executive

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month

About the role

To ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the company's IT infrastructure, systems and digital platforms, while providing effective technical support to all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support for hardware, software, network and system-related issues.

• Manage IT equipment, user accounts, access rights, licences and subscriptions.

• Maintain and monitor IT systems, network infrastructure and data backup.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.

• Support business systems such as SAP and other digital platforms.

• Assist in digitalisation, automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain proper IT documentation, asset records and cybersecurity controls.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant IT support or IT operations experience.

• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking and basic system troubleshooting.

• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud applications and business systems.

• Experience in CRM, ERP/SAP, digitalisation or AI tools is an added advantage.

• Good problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and provide timely support to users.

• Good command of English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage to communicate with multilingual vendors.
