About the role
Application Owner responsible for managing and maintaining core organizational systems such as DMS, Website/Auction System, and LineOA Partner System. The role encompasses system administration, data processing, automation development, user support, documentation, and project support across multiple technical domains.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain the integrity of core organizational systems (DMS, Website/Auction System, LineOA Partner System)
Monitor system status and manage incidents and troubleshooting
Coordinate with external vendors to resolve complex or technical system issues
Control and oversee data transmission processes (sFTP) and process various data files (TXT, CSV)
Analyze and resolve data-related issues such as incorrect format, data mapping errors, or incomplete data
Develop and improve data flow from source to output
Convert manual/Excel processes into automated systems to reduce errors
Analyze current workflows and propose improvements for increased efficiency
Develop automation systems including writing scripts for data processing, creating scheduled jobs, and auto file handling
Gather requirements from internal business units and partners
About you
Ability to provide user support, conduct system training, and communicate solutions clearly to relevant departments
Capable of preparing and supporting documentation for audit, compliance, and 3rd party risk assessment
Able to create technical documentation including system flow, data mapping, SOP, network diagrams, and asset/user inventory
Able to participate in IT projects and support project implementation
Capable of collaborating with IT Manager on solution design and approach
Able to design test cases and conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure quality before production deployment
