IT Officer

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 13.500.000 per month

What you'll be doing

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues experienced by end-users

• Monitoring network systems and infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations

• Managing user accounts, access controls, and permissions across company systems in compliance with security policies

• Performing regular system backups and implementing disaster recovery procedures to protect company data

• Assisting with the procurement and deployment of IT hardware and software solutions

• Responding to IT incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience working in a networks and systems administration role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in IT support or infrastructure management

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, networking (LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik), and Windows OS.

• Experience with Active Directory, user management, and access control systems

• Competency in backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Familiar with retail equipment: Thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Commitment to maintaining IT security standards and best practices.

• Willing to work in shifts/on-call and has high mobility to visit O!save store branches.
