IT Operations Engineer

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical troubleshooting & change execution

• Advanced troubleshooting (routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN)

• Configuration changes (approved)

• BGP/OSPF issue resolution

• Interface & performance tuning

• Vendor TAC engagement

• Change implementation

• Patch/firmware upgrades

• Maintenance activities

• Proposed and implement improvement during operation management period

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a permanent employee of the bidder

• Must hold a current and valid certifications on the following:

• Network Associate or Professional Level for the brand being offered (e.g. CCNA/CCNP for Cisco, JNCIA/JNCIP for Juniper, etc.)

• ITILv4 Foundation or higher

III. EXPERIENCE

• Must have a least 5 years experience in handling network infrastructure or network operations support.

• Must also have at least 3 years experience in using monitoring tools and managing network related incidents.
