IT Product Owner

Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supplier delivery/inbound applications.

• Prioritize backlog, translate requirements into functional specs, and ensure compliance.

• Lead delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.

• Manage UAT cycles, sign-offs, and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Collaborate on system integration with ERP, Supplier Portal, Omnichannel and others enterprise platform .

• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain data accuracy across systems.

• Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and drive automation & process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT/software development

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, or supply chain applications is strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inbound/supplier delivery processes (receiving, put-away, inventory, dispatch)

• Retail or consumer industry experience preferred.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional projects.

• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.

• SQL, reporting tools, technical troubleshooting, and middleware/integration experience are a plus.

• Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.
