IT PROGRAMMER

Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve information systems, applications, and ERP solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.

• Follow proper software development life cycle (SDLC) procedures.

• Troubleshoot, test, debug, and maintain existing systems and applications.

• Utilize AI tools to improve programming, development, and work efficiency.

• Understand and follow technical instructions, processes, and project requirements accurately.

• Collaborate with different departments to identify system requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation when necessary.

• Perform other IT and programming-related tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in creating or developing information systems or ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience and familiarity with AI tools is required and will be tested.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including digital communication.

• Good comprehension and ability to understand and follow instructions and established processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
