As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead the end-to-end creation of business cases and supporting documentation to secure project funding and executive approvals.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather critical financial, scope, operational, and benefit data for funding justification.
Articulate and defend business rationales, ROI, and delivery scopes to key approval committees and leadership teams.
Support project planning by mapping typical lifecycles, identifying key dependencies, and establishing realistic schedules.
Monitor project progress against targets while ensuring all required governance gates, compliance standards, and formal sign-offs are met.
Act as a central point of contact to ensure seamless alignment between business units and IT delivery teams from inception to launch.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across regional teams, specifically liaising with stakeholders and technical teams in overseas.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and vice-versa to ensure mutual understanding.
Coordinate rollout strategies, change management efforts, and user enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new workplace tools.
Monitor implementation milestones and evaluate post-launch metrics to verify that expected business benefits are fully realized.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Possess 8 or more years’ experience in PMO, Project Management or Business Analysis, preferably within workplace technology, digital transformation or system implementation projects.
