We’re partnering with a leading organisation within EdTech, hiring an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of technology projects and business initiatives.

This is a highly stakeholder-focused role for an experienced Project Manager who understands technology, can confidently work across technical and non-technical teams, and can drive projects from planning through to successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technology projects from initiation through to delivery
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions
• Coordinate technical teams, testing and implementation
• Provide clear reporting and manage senior stakeholder expectations

About You

• Experience as a Project Manager in higher education, EdTech or the education sector – essential
• Proven experience delivering technology projects in complex environments
• An exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and how systems, data, applications and integrations fit together
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
• Strong project planning, governance, risk and dependency management skills
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, detailed and able to work autonomously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience with LMS, Student Management Systems, CRM or student-facing technology
• Exposure to data, integrations, infrastructure, identity or enterprise applications
