IT Project Manager (Location: West)
Summary
IT Project Manager leading end-to-end digital system projects—including business cases, procurement, vendor management, and Agile delivery—for a Singapore-based IT solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Lead business case development, budgeting and project planning for digital systems.
- Manage IT procurement and tender processes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Drive projects across the full lifecycle using appropriate methodologies, including Agile.
- Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Engage and manage vendors to deliver digital solutions and services effectively.
- Ensure projects comply with IT management, quality and security policies.
- Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant Project Management experience, with experience across at least 2 full project development lifecycles, including at least one Agile project.
- Experience in Cloud, Data Analytics, Design Thinking or Product-Centric Development is preferred.
- Experience with IT tendering/procurement.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Project Management or Agile certifications such as PMI, CITPM, COMIT or Certified Scrum Master are good to have.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
