IT Project Manager / Product Owner
Summary
Evolution Technology Solution is hiring for two on-site roles in Central Jakarta: an IT Project Manager and a Product Analyst (Product Owner), each requiring ~3 years of experience and willingness to work in the banking/multifinance industry. The PM needs an IT degree and agile/waterfall team leadership; the PO needs SDLC and banking workflow knowledge.
IT Project Manager & IT Product Analyst (Product Owner) - (2 different role)
Qualifications:
IT Project Manager
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology or relevant (Must IT Degree)
2. Minimum 3 years experiences in the relevant field
3. Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills
4. Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution
5. Effective communication skill with ability to influence
6. Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile or waterfall principles and has knowledge of banking/multifinance
7. Able to work WFO in Central Jakarta
8. Willing to work in banking industry
Product Analyst (Product Owner)
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst and in Project Management.
3. Good understanding of general banking workflows.
4. Strong ability to analyze problems and provide solutions for project development.
5. Capable of creating comprehensive project documentation.
6. Deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.
7. Willing to work on-site / WFO (Work From Office) in Central Jakarta
