IT roles: SAP S/4HANA Finance, Cloud Architect, Power Platform Developer, Tester

Darwin Consultancy is recruiting experienced ICT professionals for four Australian Government contract opportunities. Multiple positions are available across SAP Finance, cloud architecture, software development and test analysts.

SAP S/4HANA Finance Specialists

Support a major ECC6-to-S/4HANA conversion within a large and complex enterprise environment.

Applicants must have strong experience with:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI

• General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Asset Accounting and Treasury

• ECC6-to-S/4HANA conversion programs

• Functional analysis, solution design and specifications

• Functional testing and defect resolution

• Financial data migration, reconciliation and validation

• Cutover, go-live and post-implementation support

Australian Government, shared-services or SRM integration experience would be an advantage.

This position is Canberra-based. Subject to agreement, up to two days per week may be worked remotely.

Azure Cloud Architect / Cloud Engineers

Design and deliver secure enterprise solutions across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Applicants should have at least five years’ experience covering:

• Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL and Service Bus

• Azure API Management, Entra ID and Key Vault

• Azure networking, security and role-based access control

• Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD

• Integration with Dynamics 365 and third-party systems

• Enterprise architecture, solution design and technical documentation

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or technical leadership in a large enterprise environment would be well regarded.

Remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants outside Canberra should clearly state their location and preferred working arrangement.

Power Platform Software Engineers

Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.

Applicants will need solid experience with:

• Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse

• C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL

• JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps and API Management

• Power Automate, Azure DevOps and CI/CD

• Established application architectures and development patterns

Experience with Vue.js, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or relevant Microsoft certifications would be beneficial.

This position is Canberra-based with hybrid working arrangements. A current Baseline security clearance is required.

Functional Automation Test Analysts

Deliver manual and automated testing across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related enterprise applications.

Applicants should have experience with:

• Functional, integration, system, regression and user-acceptance testing

• Testing Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse or Dynamics 365 solutions

• UI automation using Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar tools

• API testing using Postman/Newman, REST Assured or Playwright

• Integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

• Test planning, defect management, reporting and Agile delivery

ISTQB Automation certification, Power BI testing or experience testing Dataverse plugins and API integrations would be well regarded.

This position is Canberra-based with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Security clearance

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold or be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance. The Power Platform Software Engineer position requires candidates to already hold a current Baseline clearance.
