Ensure operational continuity and sales success for a leading global fashion multinational, directly impacting store operations across 7 countries.

Resolve critical store support incidents to prevent sales blockers.
Perform fast troubleshooting for connectivity, hardware, and software issues.

requisitos/requirements

Essential: 1-2 years of operational support experience; POS hardware/software support (terminals, printers, scanners); networking (VPN, routers) and troubleshooting.
Desirable: Technical IT degree; fluency in Spanish.

Work Model: Hybrid in Rio Tinto (Porto).
