IT Solution Engineer

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month

Mlabs Systems Berhad is hiring on behalf of its subsidiary, Mfinity Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT professional to join our team and support IT infrastructure, business solutions, and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, implementation, and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and business solutions.

• Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, networking equipment, firewalls, wireless systems, and related IT infrastructure.

• Support Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related cloud services.

• Assist in the deployment, migration, upgrading, and maintenance of customer IT systems and applications.

• Perform network configuration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and firewall environments.

• Conduct system health checks, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical assessments.

• Assist with cybersecurity solutions, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.

• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, configuration records, reports, diagrams, and handover documents.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers and resolve technical incidents within agreed service requirements.

• Work closely with customers, vendors, project managers, sales teams, and other technical personnel during project implementation and support activities.

• Assist in solution design, product evaluation, proof-of-concept testing, and preparation of technical proposals where required.

• Perform other IT-related duties and technical assignments as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or related disciplines.

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, networking, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, or technical support.

• Candidates should possess good troubleshooting and communication skills with hands-on knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity solutions.

• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
