IT SPECIALIST

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

1. Analyze existing computer systems and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

2. Develop and implement security measures.

3. Developing new system and plans project for company improvement.

4. Oversee the installation of systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS), Distribution Management System which include software and hardware.

5. Implement safety procedures and data recovery plans.

6. Offer technical support and troubleshoot computer problems

7. Conduct Orientation about I.T system

8. Develop user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

9. Collaborate with other departments and professionals in the development of I.T systems.

10. Ensure all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications and compliance requirements.

11. Developing new system and plans project for company improvement.

12. Debug and update existing system.

13. Maintenance of I.T equipment like laptop, computer, Wi-fi, telephone, network and printers.

14. Manage and monitor inventory of I.T equipment and tools.

15. Manage and daily monitor of CCTV. Ensure continuous operation.

16. Monitor Server, Email and Database Server and I.T Security Anti-virus and keep them updated.

17. Troubleshooting of computer/software application and network.

18. Daily monitoring of backup like data files, system and database.

19. Daily technical support in warehouse and production and office.

20. Setup/support Email to end user.

21. Manage and Monitor Internet and WI-FI connectivity status and ensure continuous operation.

22. Performs other tasks that may assigned by superior from time to time.
