Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1+ Years
Notice period: Immediate
Required Skills Must Have
- Windows 10/11 and Windows Server troubleshooting
- Basic Linux administration knowledge
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
- Hardware troubleshooting (Laptop, Printer, Server)
- Basic firewall, switch, and wireless access point troubleshooting
- Active Directory user administration
- Microsoft 365 administration basics
- Remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
