IT Support Engineer based in Warwick Farm, Sydney (5 days on-site), handling a mix of BAU support and project work in a Windows, Microsoft 365 and VMware environment. Core technologies include Windows Server, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, MPLS).

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their Sydney team. This role will be responsible for BAU support, as well as getting involved in projects. The role requires strong technical skills across a broad range of technologies and must have experience with Windows, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure .
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Strong Windows Servers, Microsoft application experience.
- Solid knowledge of Minecast Security offerings
- Technical knowledge of High availability, VMWare ,Office365, Windows & Active Directory.
- Strong networking skills, knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, MPLS / NPL.
- Experience with troubleshooting of Windows OS, mobile devices, printers and audio-visual equipment.
- Great communications skills.
