Summary
Day-to-day IT support role at Dekoruma in West Jakarta: troubleshooting hardware, software, and network (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues, installing and maintaining devices, keeping IT documentation, and doing light scripting/automation. Open to fresh graduates with basic Windows, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, computers, printers, applications, and other IT devices.
Support basic network setup and maintenance, including LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, and internet connectivity.
Support IT systems, automation, and system integration for daily operations.
Assist in simple scripting or automation to improve work efficiency.
Maintain IT documentation, incident records, and device information.
Collaborate with users and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support IT-related projects.
Minimum SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer & Network Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant IT support or internship experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with basic networking such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, router, and switch.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, basic scripting, system integration, or automation tools is a plus.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fast learner, proactive, and responsive.
