Job Summary

Support for hardware & system maintenance both for office and vessel

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and network issues.

• Provide IT support to end users and set up workstations.

• Maintain IT assets, perform preventive maintenance, and support daily IT operations and projects.

Requirements :

• Graduate from Computer Engineering, Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ), Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting.

• Able to install software, drivers, and peripheral devices.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security is a plus.
