Job Description:
Support and handle IT infrastructure (laptops/printers) with care and follow SOPs.
Assist in laptop setup, installation & maintenance of IT equipment.
Basic understanding of Windows, WiFi, and VPNs.
Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT team.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information System, or any related background.
Hands-on, willing to troubleshoot and learn
Ability to work independently and good time management.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
People and detailed oriented.
