Salary: $20,000 – $30,000 per month

About the role

Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries and provide on-site technical support. Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and uptime using tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Troubleshoot and resolve system/network failures and cybersecurity events.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries and provide on-site technical support

• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and uptime using tools like Grafana and Prometheus

• Troubleshoot and resolve system/network failures and cybersecurity events

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, VMs, Docker/Kubernetes container platforms, and network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load-Balancers)

• Execute disaster recovery/business continuity procedures and apply OS/software patches

About you

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Over 1 year relevant experience

• Solid hands-on experience in Windows and Linux administration, system configuration, shell scripting, and patch management

• Good working knowledge of networking

• Fluent in both Cantonese and English

• Knowledge of Docker, containers, and Exchange servers (preferred)
