IT Support - Site Coordination

We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator to provide IT support across head office and construction project sites.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a varied role covering end-user support, site deployments, hardware, networking and general IT infrastructure. Travel to project sites is required, so you will need a valid driver's licence and access to a car.

The Role

• Provide hands-on IT support across office and project sites
• Set up and deploy IT environments for new construction sites
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and network equipment
• Manage, deploy and track IT hardware and assets
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support networking and general IT infrastructure
• Manage incidents and service requests
• Support Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
• Maintain IT documentation and procedures

About You

• 3+ years' experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with IT site deployments
• Strong experience managing and troubleshooting IT hardware
• Good knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments
• Networking and telecommunications exposure
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required
• Valid driver's licence and access to a car
• White Card, or ability to obtain one

Experience within construction, engineering or a multi-site environment would be highly regarded.
