IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and hardware networking issues. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Assist users with technical problems related to IT support and ensure timely resolution. - Manage and maintain AV room equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. - Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure, including TCP/IP configurations. - Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies and systems as needed. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT support and desktop support roles. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with hardware networking and TCP/IP protocols. - Experience with AV room setups and maintenance. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
