IT Support Staff
Summary
On-site IT support role in Bekasi maintaining the company's internal IT infrastructure: networking (routers, switches, LAN, Wi-Fi), Windows/Linux server administration, backups and recovery, plus end-user hardware, CCTV, and PABX phone systems. Requires 2+ years of IT support experience.
Salary: Rp 5.500.000 – Rp 6.500.000 per month
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in IT Support.
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network cabling.
Able to manage and maintain company servers, including user access, system security, routine backups, and data recovery.
Familiar with Windows/Linux server administration, access management, and system security.
Able to assemble PCs and install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computers, laptops, and printers.
Familiar with CCTV installation and maintenance, as well as other IT equipment.
Familiar with the installation and maintenance of PABX telephone systems.
Familiar with data backup, restoration, and system recovery.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; responsive and responsible.
