IT System Administrator (f/m/x)
Summary
On-site IT System Administrator supporting end-users at AUTO1's car production centers in Ketzin and Hemau — handling onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software setup, ticketing, and local IT infrastructure. Works with Apple and Windows devices plus cloud tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
- Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
- Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
- Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
- Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
- Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
- Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
- Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization
- Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
- Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
- Being service oriented and a team player
- You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English and German
- German drivers license
