IT & SYSTEMS ANALYST

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500 per month

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical IT Business Systems & Application Support Executive to support business applications, coordinate IT operations and improve internal business processes. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business users, internal departments and external IT vendors to ensure systems operate effectively, user issues are resolved and system improvements are implemented.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field

• Experience in business application support, IT support, system analysis or a related role is an advantage

• Basic understanding of business systems such as accounting, HRMS, payroll, inventory or sales applications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, reporting tools or data analysis is an advantage

• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support non-technical users

• Able to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate with multiple departments

• Willing to learn new systems, technologies and business processes
