IT Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365/MS-102, Azure/AZ-104)

Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions.

• Administer, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Microsoft Defender, and security/compliance features.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for over 100 end users.
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and technology improvement projects.
• Translate technical issues and solutions into clear, user-friendly communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage firewall, network, and connectivity-related support and administration.

Requirements:

• Certified in Microsoft 365 Administrator and/or Azure Administrator (MS-102/AZ-104)
• At least 3 years of L1 & L2 support within mid-sized/larger companies.
• Proficiency with M365 admin tools and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity essentials and best practices for corporate IT environments.
