In this role, you will join a global technology consultancy to deliver high-impact, client-facing testing work. You will shape and implement scalable test automation across modern platforms, helping teams raise quality and productivity. You’ll work with cross-functional engineers to embed a quality-first mindset and leverage AI-enabled tools to extend test coverage. This position offers hybrid London-based work with flexible office arrangements and exposure to FinTech and energy sectors. You’ll contribute to impactful projects by building robust automation frameworks and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
- Develop UI and API automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Create test strategies, plans and automated scripts covering functional, integration and regression testing
- Work closely with engineers to embed a quality-first approach
- Use AI and automation tools to improve test coverage and delivery
- Experience in financial services, FinTech or consultancy environments
- Strong Java coding skills
- Experience building test automation frameworks
- Strong UI and API testing experience
- Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube and CI/CD
- Experience with Performance and Load Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent tools
- Understanding of DevOps practices and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity
