We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to build reliable, high-performance applications and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and related Java technologies.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern frontend development practices.
  • Design modular, loosely coupled, and scalable microservices-based architectures.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
  • Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality.
  • Identify and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and availability.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Java fundamentals.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Spring ecosystem technologies such as Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong practical experience in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience developing Microservices.
  • Good experience with React and modern frontend development.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
