技術專案經理 (Technical Project Manager)

✅About the job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the development of our in-house IP products and SoC product — from specification to tape-out, post-silicon validation, mass production QA and customer delivery.

✅Key Responsibilities
●Define and manage project scope, schedule, milestones, and resources across multiple concurrent IP and SoC projects.
●Track key ASIC development milestones (Architecture Freeze, RTL Freeze, Netlist, DFT, P&R, GDS, Tape-out) with internal design teams and external design service partners.
●Ensure adherence to quality and signoff criteria (Lint, CDC, STA, DRC/LVS) at each design stage.
●Coordinate with foundries, design service houses, EDA/IP vendors, and Packaging/Testing/Reliability/EVB vendors ensures schedule, quality deliverables and engineering supports on schedule and quality.

✅Qualifications
●Solid understanding of the full ASIC/SoC design flow (Spec → RTL → Verification → P&R → Signoff → Tape-out), PKG/Testing, and Chip QA flows
●5+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry; experience in a fabless or IP company is preferred.
●Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills
●Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

✅Nice to have
●Hands-on engineering experience in any stage of the ASIC design flow (RTL design, verification, DFT, or physical design).
●PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
