Junior Associate - Data Analytics

Knowledge and Skills

• Final-year student or graduate in Finance, Statistics, STEM or Equivalent Professional Qualification.
• Up to 1 year of experience in analyzing, visualizing & presenting data using Excel and/or Power BI (academic projects or internships acceptable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), hands-on experience in Excel Macros/VBA development, and domain knowledge of finance operations will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
• Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collect, filter, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on time.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to fully understand and resolve service issues.
• SLAs / KPIs / BOIs / Volumes – Setting the framework/ baselining/ reporting/ monitoring
• Learn and stay updated on emerging analytics and reporting technologies relevant to the business.
