Requirements:- A strong academic background, with at least a 2:1 degree in a STEM subject
- Some commercial experience developing software with C#
- Good understanding of .NET or .NET Core
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiasm for software engineering and learning new technologies
- Curiosity about how and why systems work, not just how to write code
- Good communication skills and an ability to learn from experienced developers
- Beneficial exposure to ASP.NET Core or Web APIs, SQL Server, multithreading or asynchronous programming, Git, automated testing and CI/CD, distributed systems, performance optimisation or low-latency applications, AWS or Azure, or financial markets, trading or quantitative technology
- Develop and enhance applications using C# and modern .NET
- Work on real-time, performance-critical trading technology
