Day to day: troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, hardware, and network issues, plus account setup, patching, backups, and asset documentation. Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: At least 24 months of relevant IT experience working with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022, and Microsoft 365 cloud environments, or relevant recognised IT certifications.
