About the Project:
Our client is a U.S.-based leader in the financial technology sector, delivering solutions that support digital payment processing at a global scale. The platform manages large volumes of transactions and provides integrated services, including point-of-sale functionality, API-based payment solutions, risk and fraud management, and analytics for business decision-making.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team. You’ll be contributing to the development and quality assurance of key web-based systems that enable merchant operations and payment workflows. The role involves close cooperation with the back-end development team and U.S.-based business stakeholders.

Requirements:
At least 3+ years of software testing experience;
Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing;
Strong skills in analyzing requirements, test design, test case execution, and reporting results;
Hands-on experience testing web-based applications;
Proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), including bug report creation and verification;
Experience in direct communication with the development team and customer-side stakeholders;
Understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies;
Upper-Intermediate English level.

Duties:
Gather required information/documents from various sources and evaluate them for testing purposes, provide meaningful feedback to the Product Manager;
Actively participate in the team’s daily activities and Scrum ceremonies;
Plan testing activities together with the team;
Determine and estimate the testing scope at different stages of the SDLC;
Create and maintain high- and low-level test documentation;
Report and escalate release bugs and production incidents;
Test and verify the web application;
Assist the development team by providing business and technical insights;
Work effectively in Debug mode;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and product managers;
Understand client-server architecture and REST API principle.
