Summary

BeBetta, a Bengaluru startup building a gamified 'Netflix of gaming' rewards platform, is hiring a junior product designer (internship track) to support the design team with user flows, wireframes, UI screens, and Figma prototypes for its consumer gaming app, with mentorship and a potential full-time path.

About BeBetta
BeBetta is building the “Netflix of gaming”—a unified destination where players discover, play, and keep coming back. Our gamified rewards platform turns every session into progress. As a Design Intern, you’ll learn how to craft binge‑worthy experiences and delightful UI for thousands of gamers, working closely with experienced design, product, and engineering leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the product design team with user flows, wireframes, and UI screens.
  • Help translate product requirements into simple, engaging mobile experiences.
  • Contribute to design system components in Figma and maintain visual consistency.
  • Create basic prototypes for internal reviews and user testing.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers in day‑to‑day sprints and reviews.
  • Take feedback, iterate quickly, and document your work.

What We’re Looking For
  • Students or recent graduates in Design / HCI / Visual Communication / related fields.
  • A portfolio (college projects, side projects, case studies, or Dribbble/Behance) showing strong visual sense and basic UX thinking.
  • Comfort with Figma; knowledge of components/auto‑layout is a plus.
  • Interest in consumer apps, gaming, or entertainment products.
  • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and openness to feedback in a fast‑paced startup.
  • Passion for gaming and building delightful digital experiences.

How You’ll Grow
  • Learn end‑to‑end product design: from brief → wireframes → UI → hand‑off.
  • Get hands‑on mentorship from senior designers and product leaders.
  • Work on real features that impact activation, engagement, and rewards.
  • Build strong case studies for your portfolio and future product design roles.

What You’ll Work On (Examples)
  • UI for game discovery and “what to play next” surfaces.
  • Screens for rewards, quests, streaks, and redemption flows.
  • Empty states, micro‑copy, and small UX improvements that reduce friction.
  • Basic motion or interaction ideas to make key journeys feel more playful.
Perks & Culture
  • Close mentorship from proactive, experienced leaders across Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Ownership of meaningful pieces of the product, not just “intern tasks.”
  • Friendly, collaborative team that ships often and loves feedback.
  • Stipend and potential for PPO / full‑time opportunity based on performance.
