Lead and drive Knowledge Management initiatives across the organization.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Management processes and best practices.
Create, review, publish, and maintain knowledge assets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Manage the full knowledge lifecycle, including categorization, version control, reviews, and archiving.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and approve knowledge content.
Identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to improve information availability and operational efficiency.
Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and drive adoption of Knowledge Management tools and resources.
Deliver training, knowledge transfer sessions, and awareness initiatives to support team development.
Monitor Knowledge Management effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics.

Fluent German and English language skills.
Experience in Knowledge Management, IT Service Management, Service Desk, or IT Operations environments.
Strong understanding of Knowledge Management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Experience working with ITSM tools and Knowledge Base platforms.
Good technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and enterprise applications (Windows, Office, Active Directory, SAP/CRM/ERP, etc.).
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
